Graduates

Employers do not usually approach us for graduates because they can find them directly from tertiary institutions. Companies usually approach agencies when they require candidates with at least two years specialised experience.

There are ways to get your initial experience: Offer your services for free for 3 to 6 months if possible, do work for friends / family so you can get something on your CV. Prove yourself first, in attitude and potential.
