You may have found our jobs advertised one of the major job portals in South Africa, or on our web site.

You may have also been revealed to us while we were searching job portals, or via our extensive network of contacts

You should respond to our jobs by sending us your updated CVs (See CV Tips…), stating the job title for which your are applying, and quoting a job reference

We will respond advising you if your skills are not suitable, or we will probably call you in for an interview.

We gladly give career advice and salary advice.

We assess your suitability and competencies for the job at hand, and in all likelihood will present you with a few other incredible opportunities

Once you express interest in a job we will check your suitability for our client and we will disclose our client’s name to them. We check the ‘culture fit’. We will advise you to research them – after all, you want to work there!

We attain your permission to refer your CV to specific client(s). We will never, ever refer your CV without first presenting you with a job, and without first disclosing our client’s identity.

We will refer the CV to our contact person at the client and we will make sure your application is logged on their systems.

We follow up with our clients and try and attain constructive feedback.

We arrange interviews at the request of our clients, we tell you how to get there, when to be there and who to ask for. Clients may want to call you back as many as 3 or 4 times to meet different people. They may also require you to do a psychometric assessment that could take up to 3 hours.

W attain constructive feedback from our clients on your suitability.

We will want to check two work references at some stage, and we will do a credit check, possibly also a criminal and qualification verification

We will advise and help negotiate your remuneration package

We congratulate you for being awarded the position, the candidate of choice!

We tell you what time to be there on Day 1, what to bring (if anything) and who to ask for.

We will visit you after a few days to make sure you are settling in nicely – a good time to voice any concerns if you have any.
